Double-boiled Shark’s Fin with Chicken in Thick Soup

Superior soup base is prepared using fresh Qingyuan chicken. Sauté all the ingredients using medium heat, and mix into the soup base then boil until it turns golden. Carefully strain the solid ingredients to remain the liquid. The superior chicken soup base is cooked together with the well-soaked shark’s fin, season well and ready to serve.
